Hitting the streets daily, AJ's Pork Belly & Lamb is a premier Food Cart that provides quick and delicious food on-the-go. Whether you’re in need of a delicious bite or just don’t have time to sit and eat, we got you covered.
Our Story
After several years of kicking ideas around, in 2020 AJ’s was born. A couple friends got ahold of a “mechanics special” trailer frame and construction of AJ’s began. Over the next year the cart build moved along on weekends and any other spare chunks of time that could be strung together. “Gourmet Sandwiches” was settled on as the winning concept, then after a few menu development and catering events Lance, Aaron and Maurice found a home for “AJ’s Pork Belly & Lamb” at Zesti Carts in Forest Grove, Oregon.
We prepare and slow-cook all our meats on site, make all the sauces in house from scratch, and generally do whatever we can to bring a fresh product with big flavors to you at the window.
